We comply with international ISO 9001 quality and ISO 45001 occupational safety standards as well as ESG principles. In addition, our operations follow clear ethical principles, according to our Code of Conduct policy.

Sustainability at Assistor
The requirements and perspectives of sustainability are part of our everyday life and guide all our operations. On this journey, we are never finished, but commit to continuous improvement.
At Assistor, our sustainability program is based on ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance). We take care of our environment by improving energy efficiency, sorting, and recycling. We build a fair and safe work community where human rights are respected and diversity is promoted. All this is enabled by good governance – transparent, ethical, and responsible decision-making.
Our sustainability program also aims to help our customers achieve their goals, ensure their data security, and respond to the responsible actions of our selected partners.

Great Place to Work
Assistor aims to be a Great Place to Work – every year. We all play a significant role in what kind of workplace we are. The Great Place to Work survey is conducted once a year, focusing especially on credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit. Based on feedback, we assess together where we have succeeded, what we strengthen, and what we still need to pay special attention to in order to develop.
According to the 2025 GPTW survey, our staff has rated our workplace as good, which is reflected positively in the feedback given. Assistor has an active GPTW team throughout the year. Strong team spirit makes us a special workplace!

Likewise, the jointly agreed ethical principles, which include 13 behavioral principles to guide our everyday choices. We also require our selected partners to follow our ethical principles.
